A Women’s Wellness Retreat will take place from Sunday, May 29 to Thursday, June 2 at the exquisite Laguna Azul Eco Lodge on the most exotic private island in the Caribbean.
For four days and five nights a select group of no more than 12 women will mix activities such as snorkeling and paddle boarding with sunrise meditation, twice daily yoga classes, and a fat blast circuit class.

The retreat will feature wellness coaching by Hillary Sepulveda, a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, Master Herbalist, Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Wellness Coach with more than a decade of teaching experience.
Wellness food
Participants will receive personalized nutrition consultation, three full organic wellness meals a day as well as two juice snacks with raw nuts and fruit. During their stay attendees will each receive two massages, attend nutrition workshops and learn about whole foods, a vegetarian regime, low sodium foods, and juicing/sprouting.
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer Shelly Trainor will work with attendees to achieve their fitness goals. Shelly will make “working out” fun and exciting.
Drum meditation therapist Tennille Dinon is a practicing yoga enthusiast. She is in the process of obtaining her CYT200 with Aura wellness center. She has been living and studying yoga in Bocas del Toro for the past 10 years. Her classes are fluid and dynamic, bringing together the mind, body, and soul.
Laguna Azul Eco Lodge is an ideal location for the Women’s Wellness Retreat. It has hot water, internet, a movie room, gymnasium, and first class service. There are kayaks, drums for meditation use, guitars, a swim platform, and ceiling fans. There is no air conditioning and no need because of the constant sea breeze at Laguana Azul Eco Lodge.
