Cancellation Policies
As a small inn, The Haven Spa is greatly affected by late reservation cancellations. Cancellation fees are based on the length of stay originally booked.
Hotel Policies
The Haven Spa offers a tranquil and relaxing setting for all guests. In keeping with this atmosphere the hotel is unable to accept guests under 18 years old. No pets allowed.
All rates are subject to 10% Tourism Tax.
Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out time is at 11:00 am. Early check in or check out could be available upon request and a charge may apply.
Once checked-in the relaxation areas and fitness center facilities are included. Guests are responsible to make themselves aware of our rules and regulations about the use of the facilities. The Haven Spa is not responsible for accidents or lost or missing items.
