Trail riding on friendly horses right from Hotel La Coralina. Six acres of private nature trails where sighting monkeys, sloths, parrots, hummingbirds and more is possible. And bike rentals to explore the beach and beyond.

Grounds

Hotel La Coralina has just nine rooms on seven acres, offering room to spread out and enjoy nature the simple way. Surrounded on all sides by both ocean and forrest the hotel grounds are as diverse as the hotel itself.

The back acres are untouched rainforest with trails to wander and explore.  The ocean front half of the property is planted gardens to watch the many birds, hummingbirds and animals closer to the hotel.  You will find shady hammocks scattered about as well as an oceanfront bocce ball court and tiers of cozy decks overlooking the sea, providing private space and views for all of our guests.

Lobby

The lobby of the hotel is an architectural jewel. You will find many cozy corners and balconies to enjoy.  Get your self a cold drink and a book and let the afternoon slip by.  For entertainment the hotel has an extensive free book exchange as well as a large video library to choose from.

The Restaurant

Without a doubt the focal point of Hotel La Coralina is the always open, open-air restaurant. From your bar stool or table, sit back, have a cold drink and enjoy the panoramic views and the Caribbean’s cool ocean breeze.  It specializes in “Jungle Gourmet” which means fun, always fresh, meats to seafoods served with a SMILE. All day happy hour.

The Bar

By conventional standards Hotel La Coralina’s bar is not much of a bar at all.
It’s really just a great space with an even better view to hang out and watch the surfers, listen to music, shoot pool and make new friends. Since it is a small hotel it closes usually pretty early. Last call 10 p.m. Make sure you try the 5 shot rum punch called the “Dejame Tranquillo” or a fresh passion fruit martini!

Spa

Coming soon will be La Coralina’s newest addition, an oceanfront day spa.

The spa is, like the rest of La Coralina, all about fun! Services are fantastic and given by qualified professionals but the style is unique. They have been created to both pamper you and make you smile! Body treatments use local organic ingredients such as coffee, chocolate, coconut, fruits, aloe and more to revitalize and nourish your skin and your senses. In addition the spa offers a full range of traditional services including massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and more.

Hotel La Coralina offers different styles of rooms to fit travelers of all budgets.  The idea is to make the hotel accessible to all! Keeping in mind that being able to meet different types of travelers is what makes a holiday unique!

• The Garden Suite offers a private flowering jungle patio, A/C. Sleeps two.
• The Hammock Suite offers two queen beds with a charming covered porch with hammocks & A/C.
• The Bamboo Suite, a honeymooner’s dream with a king sized bed, A/C. Amazing private courtyard patio with outdoor bath for 2 and jungle rainshower.

Caribbean Rooms

• Room #1  located in the main building upstairs offers two queen beds, ceiling fan and spacious private bath.
• Room #2 located in the main building upstairs offers two queen beds, ceiling fan, and spacious private bath.
• Room #3 located in the main building downstairs offers a queen bed, ceiling fan and spacious private bath.

Behind the main building is a Spanish style courtyard surrounded by our lower priced accomodations. These rooms are charming with a shared sitting area, shared baths and a custom tiled open-air sink area. Rooms #5 and #6 Both offer two double beds and ceiling fan.
