Casita Margarita Hotel

Casita Margarita is a 5-bedroom boutique hotel in Pedasi, Panama. Situated at the end of the picturesque Main Street right in downtown Pedasi, the location is ideal. Guests can easily drive or take a taxi to several nearby beaches, walk to restaurants, the town square and other points of interest.

The structure itself is a remodeled former home of a local carpenter and his family. Their grandmother was named Margarita, so hotel owners thought it fitting to name the hotel in her memory.

Casita Margarita maintains the authentic look and feel of the Los Santos Province’s rustic style. The home is Panama’s version of Spanish Colonial – tile roofing, locally made floor tiles, and lots of exotic hardwoods. The hotel retains that local feel while performing a lot of updating to provide guests an elegant yet comfortable experience.

Common Spaces

There are plenty of areas to roam outside your guest room. The hotel has a large sitting terrace on the first floor in front of the hotel, perfect for reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. There’s also a common TV room with a large flat screen for big sporting events.

The second floor has a balcony that looks down to the street, plenty of fun for watching the town’s events unfold. There’s also a reading room on the second floor with comfy rocking chairs. Although the Casita is an intimate inn, there’s still plenty of room to find a quiet space, or mingle with some of the always interesting guests.

Rooms

Rooms were designed with comfort and functionality in mind. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and three on the second. All rooms are extremely comfortable and have high quality bedding and comfortable bathrooms. The housekeeping team keeps them spotless and well maintained.

• Room 2 — Two Twin beds. AKA, “Dalia”
• Room 3 — One Queen bed. AKA, “Jazmin”
• Room 4 — One Queen and one Twin beds. AKA, “Rosa”
• Room 5 — Two Twin beds. AKA, “Violeta”

Reservations

Rates includes over sized buffet breakfast served daily. Casita Margarita Hotel offers special discounts for extended stays and repeat customers. Rates based on double occupancy.

A 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM is required during weekend stays.

Extra person fee is $30 per night and includes breakfast for that guest as well.

Children under 10 (up to 1 per room) stay FREE.

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check in time is after 2pm. IMPORTANT! All check-ins are required before 6pm to guarantee your room. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged, paid in advance and confirmed. Unannounced late arrivals are subject to $25 dollar late check-in fee.

Check-out must be made by 12pm noon or a late check out fee of $25 will be applied. For those who need to store bags or change clothes after check out time, the hotel has an outdoor beach shower and change room at no cost.

Cancellations

Cancellations made by 3pm Panama Time, 48 hours prior to check-in will not be charged. Those not in compliance will be charged one night. Clients must receive a valid cancellation # in order to avoid any penalty.
