The head chef and Hotel Manager Christin Fjeld has already gained fame in Bocas del Toro for her previous restaurant Restaurante Bocas del Toro and work as official cook for the MTV Road Rules Games which were filmed in the Bocas del Toro archipelago. Accommodations at Bocas Paradise Hotel

Bocas Paradise Hotel is Bocas Town’s newest and most modern waterfront hotel. Almost all the rooms have views and balconies. Great care has been taken to create a Caribbean style architecture that blends in with the traditional buildings of the town. Two-thirds of the hotel sits on firm ground with a third resting on pilings over the water. Bocas Town is protected from the ocean waves by an outer reef and is also sheltered by the adjacent Isla Caranero.

Rooms come equipped with air conditioning, hot water, ceiling fans, cable TV and custom-made Balinese furniture. There is also Wireless Internet available.
